Boardroom Experience

Founded in 2004 by Bruce and Heather Schultz, the Boardroom was built around the idea of a luxury salon for men. Boardroom pioneered the premiere grooming industry for men. Since opening the flagship location in Southlake, Texas, the Boardroom leads the industry with innovations in unlimited haircut memberships, full benefits for team members, focus on an outstanding client experience and the Benchmark® haircut.
