For over 10 years, Hailey Holland Lacey has gathered experience. Beginning with completing cosmetology school training at Paul Mitchell The School Orlando and following with the next three years behind the chair and attending as many continuing education classes as possible. Hailey wanted to broaden her experience and attended a two month training class to become an educator in cosmetology at Aveda, and all the while continuing to work behind the chair. She followed her roots to go back to Paul Mitchell The School as a Learning Leader and advanced to Cutting and Color Specialist as well as a Phase Two Learning Leader (Honors Program). Today, Hailey still loves being behind the chair with her special skills in color and cutting, and works full time at her salon while sharing her passion in teaching as a National Educator for Paul Mitchell. Working at events, sharing love for hair color and styles with other salons specializing in Blonding, Balayage, color correction as well as fashion colors. Hailey’s mission is to create a special look for each guest which works with their life style.

Hailey has one son and in their free time they enjoy the beach, pool, movies and travel.
